Job Description

     

  • Generating new and profitable business for facility Management Services
  • Devising & Implementing business plan & Strategies to achieve set revenue target for the region
  • Doing Competitor analysis
  • To carry a technical audit of the clients location, map & analyse the client requirement
  • Do the budgeting & costing & make a detailed proposals or tender responses accordingly
  • Develop & maintain relationship with the existing clients including conflict management, redressing clients complaints & issues  
    
Candidate Profile
Sales people with total 3 to 8 years of Experience for Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager for total facility Management.
They will be responsible for business development & Generating Business.
 

Educational Qualification B.E – Mechanical / Electrical. 
 Should have knowledge of handling the products related to Capital Goods, HVAC, Chillers   etc.  
 Should have Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
