Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
·                                 Distributor Management
·                                 Monitor stock and supply level
·                                 Supervise, train and motivate Distributor Based Sales Representative(DBSR)
·                                 Visit retail outlets, collect order
·                                 Regulate wholesale coverage
·                                 Fix and review daily target
·                                 Responsible for collection
·                                 Keeps watch on competitor's activities

Qualifications
:    
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
 
Preferably educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognised University. This could be an entry level position for commercial graduate trainees, or for individuals with minimum 1+ years experience in the FMCG industry.

• The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
