Job Description ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. This is mainly a triple role job, wheraeas they'll be performing a sales specialist, business development & market analyst roles end to end pre-sales activities.
2. The team deals in selling ultimate infrastuctural products and solutions of all IBM, Lenovo & Dell products.
3. Achieving sales targets allocated to you and ensuring profit margins as per the guidelines.
4. Giving presentation to the customers of the various services provided by the company, discussion & negotiations, defining clear scope of work.
5. Preparing proposals in coordination with presales team for solutions, strategic pricing, financing options, commercial terms and product information.
6. Maintain & building relationships and close sales opportunities with new as well as existing customers (add on Sales).
7. Ensuring timely collections from the customers and ensuring that there are no outstanding beyond the credit limits.

    
Candidate Profile Skills required

a. Good knowledge of chennai market (not a must - will help if available)
b. Communication skills - oral,written and listening
b. Selling skills - preparing for a sale,opening a sale,probing/listening,presentation,handling objections,closing a sale,executing,collecting.
c. Relationship building skills - with customer 
d. Problem solving and decision making
e. Negotiating skills
 f. Time management

h. Sales plan/strategy & execution - knows how to get things done and meet the objective
