Job Description  SapnaSolutions is looking for fresh and experienced Graduates / MBA who would like to make their career in HR and Recruitment. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for internet research beyond the traditional resume sites. i.e. Twitter, Linked-In, Facebook. You  will be required to partner with the HR Manager to find candidates for a wide variety of positions throughout the organization.

 We are looking for someone who can: -

  • Identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, head hunting internet and social networking sites
  • Need to do extensive research over the internet in identifying the right talent in the market
  • Create pipeline of candidates
  • Lead Generation and Cold Calling
  • Initial screening of the profiles
  • Conduct preliminary telecon interview with the potential candidates
  • Creating and maintaining database for various requirements.

    •  You should ideally have:-

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently under pressure
  • Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive candidates
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent Internet research skills
