• PGHR from premier institutes with minimum 10-12 years in recruitment in ITES / Banking domain.
• End to End recruitment knowledge
• Company kry words: hiring,recruitment, talent acquisition
•  Understanding the client organization's manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates, thereafter to formulate overall plan to meet the requisite standards for recruitment. This involves developing a search strategy, sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing and recommending
• Knowledge of Banking Process/recruitment would be preferred
