Job Description Ensure that the bank operates in compliance with all applicable regulations, legal requirements and practices corporate governance.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing the Compliance Manual.
  • Provide a comprehensive monitoring & control mechanism.
  • Monitor and report upon the levels of compliance of the bank, highlighting deviations and recommending action.
  • Periodically update the business unit with the latest/applicable regulations.
  • Develop policies for client acceptance and Anti Money- Laundering measures.
  • Implement systems for transaction surveillance.
  • Implement compliance Risk Management program.
  • Develop effective compliance training program for all employees bank.
     
    
Candidate Profile
Specifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate
10-15 years banking experience of which at least 5 years in Compliance and/or Audit.
Familiarity with banking laws, governance and AML & Very Good Understanding of Risk.
