We are seeking a Manager (Credit Analyst) for our client, a leading name in Mutual Fund space.

We are looking for someone who is currently doing Credit Analysis for Indian corporates including meeting the clients. KPO candidates cannot be entertained.

Job Description * Analysing Fixed Income instruments and issuers
* Working in liaison with the team of portfolio managers. Managing & Monitoring the Portfolio performance
* Reviewing and analyzing issuer’s financial statements to check the creditworthiness of the issuers.
* Interact with issuers and intermediaries for the primary research purpose.
* Analysis of peer/industry analysis, risk drivers, credit events and rating agency actions
* Structuring and review of legal documentation for financial instruments.
